1. Service-Based Sales
Since our services involve custom work, personal consultation, and project-specific deliverables, all sales are considered final once work has commenced.
This means:
- Once work has started on your project, no full or partial refunds will be issued.
- “Work started” includes initial meetings, project planning, design drafts, development milestones, or any task undertaken on your behalf.
2. Deposits and Payments
All projects require an upfront non-refundable deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment must be completed according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
3. Cancellations
*You may cancel services before work has commenced and receive a refund, minus administrative or consultation fees, if applicable.
*After work begins, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund but may release you from any future payment obligations (if stated in the contract).
4. Quality Commitment
If you are dissatisfied with the final deliverable, we will work with you in good faith to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your service agreement.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
5. Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as breach of contract.
- We reserve the right to dispute and recover any funds lost through chargebacks and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
